Terms and conditions between the 'Client' and our trading name Henley Ghost Tours herewith known as HGT.
Tour date:____________Ghost experience tours. Please read and accept the following terms and conditions before booking a tour with the business.
If you choose to enter a haunted location with us you do so at your own risk.
Whilst we take every care to ensure maximum comfort and safety for the client of HGT cannot be held responsible for the client; personal healfh safety and general welfare on or around a haunted location.
The following groups for health and safety reasons are not recommended to attend ghost tours:
- Pregnancy, Heart or breathing problems, all other medical or psychological conditions, Min age limit 18 years old due to the nature of our business.
- Flash cameras will be used on all experience tours therefore any groups or person sensitive to light changes would be advised not to attend.
- HGT use Photography and video equipment on every experience tour. In most cases the images captured will include one or more of our clients. Content is used by HGT for promotional and financial gain such as use on the company website www.henleyghosttours.co.uk and broadcasting live from henleyghosttours tv and other related publications or merchandise, clients who do/not want to be captured are asked to opt out using the line below. HGT respects the client/s decision and will avoid catuning them on camera.
- HGT cannot be responsible for other clients who may inadvertently capture others on their own equipment.
- For safety reasons it is important not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs on an experience tour.
Practical advice
- HGT advises the client to park safely and remove valuables from sight. HGT cannot be held responsible for personal theft or vehicle theft/damage whilst on a tour.
- Our mediums offer an opening and closing prayer of protection. We all have our own space and personal acceptance is entirely optional. If you have any questions we would be pleased to help.
- HGT Films and broadcasts our tours/events live on to HGT TV, HGT uses a Digital Video Recorder to passively capture unexpected spiritual activity where possible but cannot make copies available at this time but i a fair amount of our content is availible to view on the website.
- A smoking break can be arranged during the tour if required. The guide will arrange a suitable location away. One person per form.
